1. Eligibility
1.1 This offer is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over at the time of purchase.
1.2 Employees, agents, and affiliates of The Good Food Family or its associated companies, as well as their immediate families and household members, are not eligible to participate.
2. Offer Details
2.1 The first 250 individuals who purchase an annual subscription to The Good Food Family app (“Qualifying Purchase”) will be eligible to receive one plushie toy (“Gift”) at no additional cost.
2.2 The offer is limited to one Gift per person, household, or account. Multiple subscriptions from the same individual or household will not be eligible for multiple Gifts.
2.3 This offer is valid only for purchases made after 25th September 2024 and until the 250th plushie toy has been claimed. The giveaway operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
2.4 There is no cash or monetary alternative for the Gift. The Gift is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other goods or services.
3. Postage Details and Fulfillment
3.1 After completing a Qualifying Purchase, The Good Food Family will contact eligible participants via email to request postage details for Gift delivery.
3.2 Eligible participants must provide their complete and accurate postal address within 7 days of receiving the email request. Failure to provide a valid UK postal address within this timeframe will result in forfeiture of the Gift.
3.3 The Good Food Family will not be responsible for incomplete or inaccurate delivery information provided by the participant. The delivery of the Gift can only be fulfilled within the UK.
3.4 The Gift will be dispatched to the eligible participant within 30 days after the postal address is confirmed. Please allow additional time for delivery due to postal service delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Limitations and Disclaimers
4.1 The availability of the Gift is limited to the first 250 Qualifying Purchases. Once all 250 Gifts have been claimed, no further Gifts will be available.
4.2 The Good Food Family reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an alternative of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including supply issues.
4.3 The Gift is provided as-is. The Good Food Family accepts no responsibility for any damage, defect, or loss of the Gift once it has been dispatched.
4.4 The Gift is provided for personal use only. Resale or distribution of the Gift is strictly prohibited.
5. Changes and Termination
5.1 The Good Food Family reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this offer at any time without prior notice in the event of circumstances beyond its control or for any other valid reason.
6. Data Protection
6.1 By providing your postal address for the purpose of receiving the Gift, you agree to The Good Food Family’s use of your personal information to fulfill this offer.
6.2 All personal data provided will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
