2 x Rump Steaks.  FROM AUSTRALIA!  We choose to supply Aussie Rump over UK Rump because of it's higher quality.  It will typically be more expensive in comparison but we feel for that little bit extra, its very much worth it. These Rumps are ethically sourced and full traceability back to the Australian farm can be provided.

2 x Rib-eye Steaks. The generous amount of marbling (fat running through the meat) makes for a rich taste and juicy finish. Big and beautiful, this steak will satisfy the hungriest. Because of its cut it includes sirloin and fillet, and - you guessed it, a T-shaped bone, as well as natural fat. Delicious!

Côte de Boeuf is one of the finest steak dishes and a meaty treat for beef lovers. Popular across France and Europe a single côte de bœuf is usually served as a meal for two. It is essentially a monster rib-eye bone-in steak.

The topside roast is the inner thigh muscle, taken from the hind leg by following the natural seam between the knuckle and the silverside. As a well-used muscle, it’s extremely lean with a lot of connective tissue. Chateaubriand or Fillet Head makes a wonderful, luxurious mini roast with all the tenderness of the fillet. Delicious when served pink.

Chateaubriand was originally a recipe created for Francois Vicomte de Chateaubriand (1768-1848), the French author and statesman who served Napoleon as ambassador to Britain. It is now normally used to describe a cut from the larger end of the tenderloin.
